About the stickers
AUV DTF sticker is a printed logo or print on a thin adhesive film using a UV DTF printer. These stickers will not rub off (cannot be peeled off by hand), will not peel off with regular use and cannot be accidentally damaged.

Grounds and conditions for product return
The reason for the return of products by the Customer may be a manufacturing defect of the printing house. The customer may submit a reasoned refusal to accept the finished product due to non-compliance of the product with the declared characteristics. The return is formalised by drawing up a complaint report, which is sent electronically to the sales manager of the printing house.
In case of non-compliance of the finished product with the declared characteristics, the printing house eliminates the defects free of charge by manufacturing a new batch of products on condition that the Customer returns the entire (100%) batch of finished products.

Product return period
The Customer may submit a claim for the return of the products within 3 (three) working days from the date of delivery of the order. A response to the claim shall be made within 3 (three) working days of receipt of the claim.
Reasons for refusal of return
In case of defects due to non-compliance with the technical requirements to the layouts, all responsibility falls on the party that provided the incorrect layout. The provided layouts must comply with the technical requirements of the printing house.
The printing house is not liable for the content of the product, for the Customer's violation of the provisions of Part 4 of the Civil Code of the Russian Federation, the Customer's incorrect spelling of the layout, postscript file, missing symbols, pictures and grammatical errors in the signed document.
